Anyone and everyone can benefit from a daily mindfulness practice. Learn how, with Sharon Pendlington, your trusted health coach.
The practice of Mindfulness and Meditation can teach us to observe our thoughts, emotions, and experiences with detachment so that we can learn to respond to situations rather than react out of habit. Mindfulness and meditation can provide us with space to use discernment and can also reduce the physiological stress response that is elicited when we react to certain situations. It is a powerful tool for self-regulation.
