About our COVID-19 Protocol

Now more than ever we want to stay connected with you: virtual appointments are available by telephone and video conferencing, and procedures are in place to arrange an in-person visit should you need an appointment following your virtual consultation.

For the time being, please assume all future appointments will be conducted virtually unless stated otherwise.

If you need to be seen in the office, please contact us directly to facilitate your appointment.

Should you need a physical appointment in the clinic, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following guidelines:

Pre-screening

We will connect with you the day prior to your appointment for a pre-screening review. If you do not meet the screening criteria, we will reschedule your appointment at a more suitable time.

Cleaning + Disinfecting

Rest assured that our team will be cleaning and disinfecting surfaces and common areas frequently and that treatment rooms will be cleaned and disinfected between each patient.

Personal Protective Equipment

You will be requested to bring and wear your own mask or cloth face covering during your time at the clinic. If you do not have one, we will have one available for you. Practitioners will also be wearing a surgical mask.

Physical Distancing

We will restrict use of the waiting room and strategically stagger our appointments. To protect your personal space and ours, please arrive unaccompanied (unless required medically), no more than five minutes before your appointment. Please use the washroom prior to leaving home for your appointment.

Hand Washing

We will ask that you wash your hands thoroughly upon entering and leaving the treatment room; our staff and physicians will do the same.
