Pippa is passionate about supporting women to achieve their health and fitness goals through small and sustainable changes in their daily routines. Through her ongoing health journey with severe allergies, hypothyroidism, anaemia and the navigation of a problematic relationship with food and exercise, Pippa has learnt the tools to empower herself and is on a mission to share them with you.
She is also determined to bring the often overlooked topic of female pelvic health into common knowledge among all health and exercise professionals. These simple techniques can empower women with the confidence to guide their bodies through all ages and stages.
Pippa immigrated to Vancouver from London (England) for a “few years” back in 2011. She spends her time outside the office exploring the beauty of BC while hiking, cycling, kayaking and camping; and taking long beach walks with her dog, Mollie.
